He offered to add our name to a list to remind us to have the air conditioner checked in the spring. He found a couple of small gas leaks and fixed them. He charged the price he had quoted over the phone.

Chris, the owner, is extremely conscientious, always on time, and charges fair and reasonable rates for his services. I have complete trust in his work. Recently, he installed a new water heater for me in my finished basement, and made sure that not one spot of dirt was left on the off-white carpet from removing the very old and cruddy unit. • WOW - Outstanding Service, Value and Timing We called Chris in the early afternoon - right now it's still snowing - our heater wasn't working - but he was over in a matter of hours. And now our heater is working. On a side note: my mom's furnace is not working either (we just came back from my father's funeral in Texas - and he was also very personable), nevertheless, hopefully Chris will be fixing her heater tomorrow!

• I needed to get gas plumbed to a new cooktop and contacted this company. Due to time constraints I only got their bid, so I'm not sure how competitive it was. It seemed reasonable though. Chris was extremely prompt and professional. He was able to get the work done quickly and even cleaned up after himself (had problems with other contractors not doing that). I'm very satisfied with the work done and would recommend this company to others.
