We found Rock Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical because, out of 14 plumbers that my fiancé called online, Rock was the only one who had an actual human on the line instead of a call system. Ally was incredibly communicative, and we were even given a tracking link so we could see where our technician, Donavan, was on the road and when to expect him. Donavan was respectful and did great due diligence in making sure our issue was fixed. Carlos, a plumber from Rock Heating, Air, and Plumbing, who came to our home on two occasions. The first time on December 11, 2025 to install a water line for a new refrigerator. He did an excellent job and we were very happy with the outcome.
Carlos alerted us to another completely different concern where our sump pump appeared not to be working, which was unknown to us at the time. We made an appointment right away and Carlos returned and fixed the problem, which involved replacing the old sump pump at a discount! We greatly appreciated his service and catching the sump pump problem.
Lastly, Carlos has been very friendly and accommodating, generally a good person to interact with, respectful, customer friendly and oriented. We’ve asked that Carlos be our preferred plumbing technician for future plumbing needs.
