I was out of town and my condo wasn't heating. A neighbor recommended Rock Plumbing & Heating, so I visited their website first to learn more about them. I was hesitant to call because I had so many things to say and used their chat system to explain my problem and that I was out of town. Their chat system is excellent! The best I've ever used on any website. After they finished asking me questions, they said someone from the office would call and, within 5 minutes, someone called and had the complete transcript of my situation. An appointment was made at my convenience. I was able to have someone unlock the condo, Austin called me when he arrived, and then after he diagnosed and explained the problem. This was my first time dealing with them and it had to have been one of the best experiences given all the years with other companies at other places. I signed up for their club membership. I trust them if something happens and I am away, and I feel reassured that if I need someone for a plumbing, heating, or A/C problem, I have them to call.
