Great Experience with Rock
I had a great experience with Rock, specifically Austin and Nathan. My AC blew out over the weekend, and they were able to get out to me that Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, it was a bigger fix than originally intended, and we had to wait for the supplier (only open on weekdays) to get back to us on if they had the part in stock. The part was under warranty, and Austin handled all of that on his side; I didn't have to lift a finger. They made time for me early in the week so I wasn't waiting an entire week without AC. Would definitely recommend the Rock team.

Same day service for my A/C condenser
I was able to get same day service for my A/C condenser. The fan blade cracked, and they went clear across town to get a new one and had my A/C working that night! (Unfortunately, the fan fell off the next day, but they came back out and fixed it that day.) Mistakes happen; I appreciated the effort.

They came through with a same day appt
Had a power outage and AC unit went out. I reset all the breakers and everything came back on except the AC. Called Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air and they came through with a same day appt. Jake immediately found the issue. A fuse in our furnace had blown. Jake replaced the fuse and the system was back up in no time.
We had him run a full test on our system and turns out we also have a leak. Our setup is shot and Jake not only found the issues but showed me and explained WHY they were pretty severe issues.
Pricing is a bit crazy but that’s everything in this country. Ended up paying $409 for a fuse and extensive testing. I suggest using a warranty service before coming out of pocket but we were in a bind and needed AC TODAY.

He found a small wire problem I'm not sure others would have seen. I believe it may have prevented a bigger problem in the future. I would use him again.

I Had a Great Experience
I had a great experience with Rock Heating and Air Conditioning. My technician, Austin, was very knowledgeable and professional. I had to cut short a fishing trip to take care of an air conditioner that had failed. I called early on Saturday morning, and they were out to my house by ten thirty. Austin quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a half hour. He then took a look at my furnace and blower and gave me some advice on how to move forward going into winter. I highly recommended Rock, and they will be my HVAC company for the foreseeable future.
