My older furnace died during a cold snap in late October 2025, and Rock was the only place that was able to come out to help the same day. After some diagnostics, I came to the decision that it would be best to have a new system installed. Rock did a fabulous job replacing my furnace and coils and installing a brand new heat pump to replace the outside condenser. They first evaluated the builder-installed systems (no charge given my club membership), and showed me exactly what was wrong with the 16-year-old equipment. The same day I had their quotes to replace everything with either a conventional system (no heat pump) or one with a new heat pump. They were out in force here to do the work only two days later. I’m overjoyed with the new system. The heat pump is virtually silent compared to a traditional outside condenser. They quality controlled the new installation and showed me everything an owner needs to know. They were most responsive to my questions. They were very careful in being sure that the new heat pump is solidly anchored to the surface outside. They are handling all warranty registrations and other paperwork for rebates and tax credits related to the heat pump. They are not the least expensive around but my belief is that their quality and service is unsurpassed. This is a first-rate business.

My husband and I had a great experience with Josh the last several days in getting our air handler electric heater fixed and running appropriately. We were under the impression we'd had an air handler and heat pump installed when an AC unit had been installed (by a separate company approximately 2 years ago). The air handler itself has been installed incorrectly, below code, and dangerously.
We originally called Rock PHAC in early January. After a mix-up in part ordering that delayed (by several weeks) the needed repair due to the incorrect install, Tiffany was able to get us a new technician to come out and reassess our situation. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about our situation and fixed the immediate concern with the air handler. We also elected to have a heat pump installed through Josh and Rock PHAC. They were able to fit us in within days. Josh returned with Dakota and both were efficient, professional, personable, and knowledgeable.
I will specifically be referring friends who want to install air handlers and heat pumps to Josh, and will continue our maintenance for our units with Rock PHAC. They were good to work with in regards to the part mix-up and getting our incorrectly installed units appropriately reinstalled and running.

After performing stellar work in our home, replacing old galvanized water distribution pipe and several faucets and a shower assembly, Cesar returned to address our high household water pressure (>100 PSI) to protect our indoor plumbing. This required clearing our outside shutoff, digging out the meter yoke assembly hole for access, and installing a PRV (pressure-reducing valve) inside by the main indoor shutoff. Cesar's knowledge of both inside and outside (top and bottom) plumbing systems was evident. He was efficient, courteous, cleaned up and restored the area of the digging, and did an outstanding job for us, twice. Highly recommend!
