About a week ago, our furnace stopped working on a chilly morning while we had guests staying with us for the weekend (perfect timing, of course). We called several companies, and Rock was the only one that could get a technician out quickly. Within 3 hours, our technician, Austin, had us up and running with heat again. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and recommended some great options to replace our 26-year-old system. Fast forward about 10 days, and we now have a brand new furnace, heat pump, water heater, and humidifier—all for a very competitive price! Our installation team (Mickey, Ramin, Xavier, Nick, Cesar, and a few others) were punctual, friendly, and got the entire replacement done in 10 hours. They also cleaned up after themselves and stayed to make sure I knew how to use and maintain all of the equipment. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We called Rock out to quote a heat/cool system. The quote was definitely fair and was shared with us day of. They scheduled the install quickly and with enough time to capitalize on a rebate. The install crew, led by Erik, was punctual, courteous, and informative. They were able to complete this install within a day! After the installation, Erik took time to explain some things about the furnace as well as walk me through operating the new thermostat. A really solid company here—highly recommend.

Rock recently installed a new heat pump HVAC system for my house, and everything about my experience with this company was flawless. The service I received from Brad, Antonio, Tom, and Jonas was absolutely top notch. Everyone was responsive to my communications, and their craftsmanship was excellent. Moreover, the equipment they installed (Bryant) is superior to the equipment proposed by the other companies I got estimates from (which included Doctor Fix-It), and yet somehow Rock's price for the new system was still lower than these other estimates. The new HVAC works incredibly well, and I am completely satisfied with Rock's work. Highly recommend this company.

Rock Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning recently installed an awesome Bryant air conditioner and furnace. I had several bids, and Rock Plumbing were the only ones who could clearly communicate precisely what would be installed (e.g., new return box, etc.), when it would be, and any permitting concerns. They also came in at the right price. They were able to schedule me right away and promptly showed up on time and very cleanly and neatly installed my new unit. They showed up with a smile, and you can tell they enjoy their work and were happy to be here! They performed the task very professionally and efficiently, keeping me in the loop as to the progress. ElJay, Antonio, Dom, Jordan, and Brad did an impeccable job. I could not be happier. After the install, they took time to show me how to operate the new really cool thermostat! The unit is awesome and working great. Their follow-up with paperwork and next steps with permitting was very welcomed and professional. These guys know what they are doing. We had an excellent experience with Rock. We found out late Tuesday night that there was something wrong with our air conditioner. I called Rock first thing Wednesday morning. They were out that afternoon to look at the air conditioner. At the same time, they took a look at the furnace, which, both systems were 23 years old. They recommended a new system for us. They were able to come out Thursday and install a whole new air conditioning heater system with a great financing deal for us. The two installers that came, Jordan and AJ, were very professional, very nice, very efficient. There were no problems at all. Their instructions for how to use the system were fantastic. Both Jordan and AJ deserve a huge recognition for the jobs they did considering it was 87° outside, so I appreciate both of them, how they took care of us, and Rock Heating and Air should be very proud of these two young men you have working for you. When you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place, choose the Rock. It’s the right choice. My furnace and AC units were past their prime, but still working. When the thermostat went out, it was a warning sign that I did not want to wait till I was desperate to replace these much-needed necessities. From Rob T., the salesperson that came out to discuss my options, measure, and explain the process, to today having the installers, Brian, Erik, and Haley, I knew getting the second opinion was the right choice.
