Top Notch Service Yet Again
Top notch service yet again! My on demand boiler wasn’t working this morning, meaning no heat nor hot water. Austin came out and discovered I had corrosion on the igniters. He got them cleaned up and I’m up and running again. I’ve had a few issues previously over the past 4–5 years with my boiler and Rock Plumbing and Heating have taken excellent care of me and gotten things fixed same day! They are my “go to” company! Old boiler didn’t turn on this year when it got cold. I called around and found it difficult to find people with knowledge, availability, or willingness to work on a boiler. Rock was able to send Tyler same day, which was great. He didn’t try to sell me more than I needed, was clean and friendly, and fixed my boiler quickly. Nick G was dispatched out to my house for my on-demand boiler/radiant heat system making a loud clicking noise. He arrived and pinpointed the issue fairly quickly. It was a zone valve that failed. He repaired and went through my ENTIRE system to make sure everything was working properly. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING! He explained every step of the way exactly what he was doing as well! If anything else goes wrong with my system I will demand they send Nick G back out!!
