Today I found myself in a plumbing emergency and needed a plumber STAT. The water valve under my sink broke, leaking uncontrollably, and my main valve wasn't completely stopping water from coming in. These guys were the fourth plumber I called... the previous three seemed unconcerned and couldn't get a plumber out for another day or two. The customer service rep at Rock who answered my call, Courtney, was instantly empathetic to my situation, put me on hold while she reached out to a service tech, and got me in touch right away with Jacob, who showed up at my door in just a couple of hours. He was professional, courteous, and straightforward. All work was quoted ahead of time and not performed unless approved by me first. There was no up-sale pressure for anything extraneous or anything like that. Pricing was reasonable, and after all was said and done, he did excellent work. These guys saved the day for me today, I highly recommend Rock.

Immediate response to our emergency call for a burst pipe in our crawl space. Cesar replaced the pipe and attached outside faucet (without damaging the stucco). We then had Cesar come back to replace all the copper pipes after the crawl space dried out. We couldn’t be happier with his “leave no trace” work completion. He’s such a nice person, too!

We had a broken pipe that backed up into our home. We called Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning because we have used them before on other issues and they did excellent work. Devon came out to check the situation and found the broken pipe by camera. The entire process, from finding it to digging in the front yard, was so much easier than expected because of Devon's knowledge, kindness, and great work. He was patient with all my questions and concerns for the cost of such a big job. After all was done, he checked on us and made sure all was well. Yesterday was my first time using Rock Plumbing and I couldn’t be more pleased. I woke up to water dripping through my ceiling. I called Rock and Courtney was wonderful. She was thorough with taking my information and had Jacob out to my house within the hour. He surveyed the issue, gave me two solutions, and fixed the problem. All along the way he made sure I understood what he was doing. Jacob was very friendly and courteous and from start to finish he was here for about an hour and a half. UPDATE: Jeremiah Adams was fantastic. Diagnosed the problem and was able to provide a fix for it. Good work and really easy to deal with. Only issue I have is that Rock Heating and Plumbing is very expensive compared to some of their competitors, especially smaller outfits. I will gather more bids in the future. But if it's an emergency, it will always be Rock. PREVIOUS: Great communication and great service. But they are outrageously expensive. We had a $36 solenoid valve that took 45 minutes to replace and was charged $328 plus a $99 service fee. If I would have known it was the valve, I could have done it myself. It's that easy. So if you want to pay for great service and communication, Rock is your company. But there are other companies that can do just as good of a job for far less.

The main water shutoff valves in our basement were rusted and defective. We had an emergency situation that required shutting off our water, and the old gate valves failed. The technician from Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning was able to get Centennial Water and Sanitation over to our house to shut off the water from the outside water main. Quentin then proceeded to replace the defective gate valves with new ball valves. He was extremely professional and completed the work much faster than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend calling Rock and asking for Quentin to come out and inspect/replace your main water shutoff valves. Those old gate valves are super unreliable, and you definitely don't want to have to replace them during an emergency situation like I did! Thanks for the high-quality work, Quentin! I really appreciate it!
