Jacob fixed our garbage disposal and replaced a leaking pipe. The quality of work was great, but I was even more impressed with his professionalism. He was so polite, very knowledgeable, and communicated really well. I will definitely be asking for him by name next time we need plumbing services. A++

I called desperate for a plumber for leaking pipes under my sink and my dishwasher. When I called, they were super quick and willing to get a plumber out to me that same day. When Mario came out, he was the nicest guy and super honest in what we needed to have done. We had bought a new garbage disposal in case it needed to be replaced, and Mario replaced it for us and didn’t charge us labor. Mario told us we had to have additional work done with replacing 3 shut off valves under our sink and gave us a very honest estimate. I asked that if we get this done and get it scheduled, could we get him back out? Mario said, of course, yes, we can get him back out! I highly recommend The Rock Plumbing and Heating and especially the technician Mario! As a first time homeowner, they have made this a really pleasant experience (thank God for savings!!).

Rock has always done a great job for me, and all the people they have sent out have been wonderful. Most recently, I had a broken drain pipe in my upstairs bathtub. The plumber they sent out was Jacob Lopez. To repair it, Jacob had to completely reconfigure all the pipes in the living room ceiling below. He did so masterfully and with great pride in his work, telling me how he loves being a plumber because he enjoys using his mind for creative problem solving. I liked Jacob so much I requested he come back the following week to install a new garbage disposal and fix my water shutoff valve. He did a great job on those as well.

Our garbage disposal went out on a Saturday morning, and Tiffany was so helpful finding a tech to come out to our house, which is in the mountains. I thought there was no way she would find someone for us, but we had a tech at our house within two hours. Devon was great too. He gave me several options and had everything installed in 30 minutes. I was also surprised at how low our bill was, as it was a couple of hundred dollars less than what I thought it was going to be. Tiffany checked in with me after the installation to make sure everything went well. Overall, Rock Plumbing simply rocks.
