Updated: Another great experience with Rock. I had a sump pump go out and the water level was getting high. Rock sent Jeremiah out, who helped to get the old one replaced and upgrade the system to include the Moen monitoring system. While getting everything installed, we ran into an electrical issue. Jeremiah quickly got an appointment set up for the next day with Alan. Alan was able to diagnose and fix my issue in short order. What I appreciate most about the technicians at Rock is they are all great technicians but are also good people. They take the time to answer questions and teach you about your system.
