From beginning to end, everyone at Rock Plumbing made the installation of my chandeliers and sconce so easy! Brady was great getting everything scheduled, and Ally was great letting me know when the technician would arrive. Nick and Ricky did a great job installing my chandelier in a cramped space and a very high ceiling! They made sure everything worked properly, answered my questions, and cleaned everything up! It was a great experience all around!

My 6-year-old builder's-grade kitchen faucet began leaking slowly. I found Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning the next day. Their technician, Devon Harris, arrived promptly as scheduled. He quickly found the issue after inspecting the system. He installed the new faucet, ensured the rest of the sink plumbing was in working order, and explained the warranty. Note: I provided the new faucet, as there's a particular brand/model that I prefer. Devon provided excellent customer service—professional, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and courteous. I highly recommend them for your plumbing requirements. They are a quality company with a wonderful and responsive office staff, technicians, and service. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with Rock and will definitely use them in the future.

Installer was very friendly. They wanted $700 to install a kitchen faucet and I told him that was insane. Got it knocked down to $250, which is still kinda pricey but the service was good. Only reason for 4 stars is the insane pricing, and having to haggle down.

Can’t Say Enough Good About Rock Plumbing May 6, 2023

We needed a sink installed in our garage. This meant drilling through the concrete wall in the basement into the garage. They had to drill through rebar, which was difficult. Dominic and Jared worked hard and steady. Never even took a lunch break! Their spirits stayed up and they were friendly and pleasant. Very considerate about not dirtying up the house. They cleaned up and took away the trash left from the job. Can’t say enough good about Rock Plumbing.

Great service! Rock has installed our water heater previously and did a fabulous job. I enrolled in their "maintenance club" and had both electrical and HVAC inspections done. I was so impressed with the technicians that came out to do the inspections and maintenance. They thoroughly investigated our electrical system and completely inspected and serviced our furnace. Where they encountered small things that weren't right, they fixed them on the spot. Extremely friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I definitely recommend Rock!

After performing stellar work in our home, replacing old galvanized water distribution pipe and several faucets and a shower assembly, Cesar returned to address our high household water pressure (>100 PSI) to protect our indoor plumbing. This required clearing our outside shutoff, digging out the meter yoke assembly hole for access, and installing a PRV (pressure-reducing valve) inside by the main indoor shutoff. Cesar's knowledge of both inside and outside (top and bottom) plumbing systems was evident. He was efficient, courteous, cleaned up and restored the area of the digging, and did an outstanding job for us, twice. Highly recommend!
