I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company! I had them to my home to fix a hot water problem in the spring and months later the problem didn't seem to be fixed. I called to speak with them and they sent out another plumber to address the problem. He was at my home 2 times, still couldn't identify the problem. They refused to give up and now, thanks to Justin and Mitch, it is fixed and I am so happy! I am so impressed with their perseverance and sincere dedication to fixing this problem! I highly recommend this company!

6-7-2023 Mario and Quentin came out today and replaced a frost-free hose bib that froze over the winter and had burst. Rock Plumbing had installed the hose bib a year and a 1/2 ago, but it was installed incorrectly. Today they came out and replaced it for free. Mario and Quentin did a great job. They were very professional and even wrapped my pipe with foam insulation, which wasn't there before. Thank you Rock Plumbing and Mario and Quentin! Thomas was awesome. Thanks for sending out such a competent tech. We seemed to have isolated the problem to the meter itself. We put a call into the city and will schedule an appointment with me. Again, thanks for the help and your prompt response. 👍😎 9-16-2021 Corey came out today and had multiple jobs to complete. He did an amazing job of replacing all of the piping under my kitchen sink, which used to be a total mess, but now it is clean and, more importantly, up to code. He replaced the toilet in the basement and snaked the sewage line as well. In addition, he installed two outdoor frost-free bibs. This required him cutting holes in my walls to complete this job. The sheetrock holes he cut were clean and will be easy to repair. We encountered some unforeseen issues during this installation, but Corey was able to find the right solution to be able to complete the job. Thanks Corey, you did a great job! Corey came to my house today to remove an outside hose bib. It took him about 10 minutes to complete the job and he did a great job. It's always great to have you come by my house, Corey! Thanks again. Craig came by today and performed a cleaning maintenance of my hot water heater here. He arrived on time and got the work done quickly. Quite happy with the effort. Thanks again, Craig! Justin came by today and did a hot water heater flush. He arrived on time and did a great job. Thanks Justin! Dominic came out to do the HVAC maintenance. He also was kind enough to clean my humidifier and replace my air filter. He did a fantastic job. He also explained to me how to use the system more efficiently. Thanks Dominic!

We needed to upgrade our old and out-of-code junction box. Rock sent their master electrician Anthony along with his crew Nick and Fidel. One could not ask for three nicer gentlemen. The install was fine, but you would expect that. These guys explained what had to be done to bring everything up to the current code, kept us informed of the progress, and made sure we were satisfied. When hiring trades personnel, you never know what you are going to get. I absolutely recommend Rock Plumbing, Heating, and Air. You will be hiring good people. I was very impressed with all of the staff at Rock Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning. Tiffany in the office was kind and professional and quickly scheduled an appointment. Jacob Lopez was my plumber. I was interested in a tankless water heater, and Jacob did an extensive assessment of several factors related to the existing plumbing and overall infrastructure. It turned out that my home's gas line was not compatible with the unit's energy demands. He recommended a Bradford (tank) water heater, which is exclusively available through professional plumbing contractors to ensure proper installation and optimal performance. Made in the US, it is more expensive than a model from a big box store, but I feel confident that with Jacob's excellent service, it will last for many years to come. I decided to buy an annual membership to the Rock Comfort Club to keep my home functioning at its best.
