Repair/replace inline valve inside crawl space, east side of house. Replace a 4” frost-free tap outside east side of house. Install small thumb-turn drain valve just above inline valve. There is only room for 4” tap and line has twice frozen. I think insulation on the line between exterior and interior walls is also wise.
Minor electric wire cut entering drywall blind, repaired by Antony.
