We can’t say enough great things about Santiago! He went absolutely above and beyond to help us unclog our toilet — and in some seriously unpleasant conditions. The issue turned out to be a Poo-Pourri bottle that had been flushed (thanks, kids), and Santiago didn’t hesitate to keep chipping away until the issue was resolved. He spent nearly an hour working tirelessly, taking the toilet off entirely to fish out the bottle and then carefully putting everything back together. He was professional, thorough, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. It was a dirty job, but Santiago tackled it with a great attitude and real dedication to getting it done right. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their work and goes the extra mile, Santiago is your guy. We’re so grateful for his help!

I called Rock Plumbing to fix my toilet around 12:30. They arrived about 1:00 and did a masterful job of repair, even with the toilet being so old that the fixture was the wrong size diameter. They had an adapter on the truck, no problem. The price was even reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

After wrestling with a compression hose while installing a bidet, I realized there were problems with leaks. I called Rock after hours to schedule an appointment and was quickly called back early the next morning. Tiffany was comprehensive, friendly, and explained everything in detail. Jacob (the technician) arrived right after lunch and was able to diagnose my faulty toilet valve and hose immediately. He completed the work in an hour. Done well, professional and complete. They kept me informed of the wait time and sent me advance notice of the technician's arrival, including a GPS tracking link to monitor his progress.

Great service! Rock has installed our water heater previously and did a fabulous job. I enrolled in their "maintenance club" and had both electrical and HVAC inspections done. I was so impressed with the technicians that came out to do the inspections and maintenance. They thoroughly investigated our electrical system and completely inspected and serviced our furnace. Where they encountered small things that weren't right, they fixed them on the spot. Extremely friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I definitely recommend Rock!

After performing stellar work in our home, replacing old galvanized water distribution pipe and several faucets and a shower assembly, Cesar returned to address our high household water pressure (>100 PSI) to protect our indoor plumbing. This required clearing our outside shutoff, digging out the meter yoke assembly hole for access, and installing a PRV (pressure-reducing valve) inside by the main indoor shutoff. Cesar's knowledge of both inside and outside (top and bottom) plumbing systems was evident. He was efficient, courteous, cleaned up and restored the area of the digging, and did an outstanding job for us, twice. Highly recommend!
