Love Rock! Over the years I've had 2 mini splits installed and a massive new boiler system with steam humidifier—everything works great. Whenever there is an issue (which isn't often) they are available right away to get it resolved. Highly recommend.

Great service! Rock has installed our water heater previously and did a fabulous job. I enrolled in their "maintenance club" and had both electrical and HVAC inspections done. I was so impressed with the technicians that came out to do the inspections and maintenance. They thoroughly investigated our electrical system and completely inspected and serviced our furnace. Where they encountered small things that weren't right, they fixed them on the spot. Extremely friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I definitely recommend Rock!

Repair/replace inline valve inside crawl space, east side of house. Replace a 4” frost-free tap outside east side of house. Install small thumb-turn drain valve just above inline valve. There is only room for 4” tap and line has twice frozen. I think insulation on the line between exterior and interior walls is also wise. Minor electric wire cut entering drywall blind, repaired by Antony. Very happy with both men and the ladies supporting their work!

Santiago showed up on time. He worked hard. There was difficulty opening our drain. Eventually, after he left, the drain opened. He came back the next morning and tested everything thoroughly. He also gave us tips on how to keep the drain clean.

After performing stellar work in our home, replacing old galvanized water distribution pipe and several faucets and a shower assembly, Cesar returned to address our high household water pressure (>100 PSI) to protect our indoor plumbing. This required clearing our outside shutoff, digging out the meter yoke assembly hole for access, and installing a PRV (pressure-reducing valve) inside by the main indoor shutoff. Cesar's knowledge of both inside and outside (top and bottom) plumbing systems was evident. He was efficient, courteous, cleaned up and restored the area of the digging, and did an outstanding job for us, twice. Highly recommend!
