Steven and Caden arrived the same frigidly cold day that my furnace decided to break down. They were able to repair the immediate problem, a broken pump, and take a look at the furnace. Overall, it's an old one, so I wanted to have some routine maintenance done just in case. They took lots of pictures and video and explained the process thoroughly, pointing out all of their concerns with my furnace and making intelligent recommendations about next steps and my choices. I will definitely use Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning again.

On 11/5/25 I had my annual furnace system reviewed. The Rock Heating and Plumbing technician performing the service was Steven. Steven had great customer service. He explained everything that was being done to the furnace and why, and used pictures from his phone as well. His customer service was great, and I appreciated the work that he did. My experience being a Rock Heating club member has been awesome.

He really went above and beyond in identifying other problems that would have caused costly problems in the future that we resolved at a very reasonable price. In addition, he went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot another issue with my heating ducts. Rock Plumbing and Heating isn't the cheapest, but you get really good customer service and get the value for what you pay for.

We had Jake come out to look at our furnace when it wasn’t working the first fall after we bought our house. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and took his time fixing the wiring issues and explained everything really thoroughly. During his inspection he pointed out the minimum as well as the ideal amount of service and the respective costs. When completed, he showed his work with photos and at the furnace and AC unit. We called Rock Plumbing & HVAC because our furnace went out. They scheduled for later afternoon, but then called soon thereafter to let us know a technician became available much sooner. Zach came to our home to inspect the furnace and quickly got it working. Zach was honest, efficient, took pride in his work, and respected us and our home. We plan on using Rock & Zach for future maintenance and service needs. UPDATE 10/2021 - The furnace bearings finally gave out. Rock Plumbing and HVAC came out to inspect and recommended a new two-stage furnace. They got it scheduled for two days later. Mike M and Andrew N came out to do the installation, with an electrician adding a new circuit. They were on time, did a fantastic job, treated our home with respect, and explained about the features of the new furnace and how the new digital thermostat works. As usual, a fantastic job by Rock Plumbing and HVAC. UPDATE 2/6/24 - Craig came out to service our humidifier and change the filter. This is the second time Craig has been to the house, and as usual he was very friendly and professional. I asked to watch how it was done so that I could change the filter myself in the future. He not only showed me how to replace the filter, but how to ensure that it goes back in and is seated correctly so that it does not leak. He verified its function, set a reminder in the thermostat, and we were good to go. Great job as usual by Rock Heating & Air! UPDATE 2/24/24 - Jacob Lopez came out to repair a leak in the pipe going into the hot water heater. Jacob explained everything that he was going to do and gave me options. He did fantastic work in a timely manner. The repair looks great! I also asked if he could go ahead and service the hot water heater while he was here, and he gladly did. Jacob was professional and courteous, and even our dog loved him, especially when he gave her a treat! Thanks, Jacob! UPDATE 10/19/24 - Em was great. She got the issue corrected, explained what happened and why, and made recommendations for the future. You guys are great, and that’s why I only give you a call. UPDATE 3/21/25 - Victor serviced our furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job cleaning the blower fan and installing the electric filter and UV air cleaner. He was able to provide a discount on the services and did the work quickly. Nicely done, thanks! Update 5/2025 - Our hot water heater started leaking. Mario came by, immediately surmised the issue based on the brand. After his inspection, he was right, a plastic valve was leaking. He replaced it with brass and saved us several thousand dollars not needing to replace the heater! Thanks! Update 8/2025 - Our furnace’s water system clogged, throwing an error code. We had to leave out of town the following morning, but Donovan was able to come by at the last moment and get everything cleared up, also showing me how to avoid this in the future. Great!!!

He was able to get the furnace working again and gave me our options on replacement due to the age and deteriorating of the unit. With bad news of us having to replace the unit, he was very understanding and gave me options for payment. Overall Donovan was great and I would recommend his services!

Todd was fantastic. He took his time to make sure that both our furnace and AC were cleaned well and working properly after our home inspection. He was friendly, thorough, and respectful of our home using shoe covers. He then took the time to write up a detailed report on both systems for our home buyers. I was able to get him out to the house in just two days' notice, which was an added bonus.
