We had a great experience with Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air. We initially called them for a second opinion on a furnace and A/C cleaning, and it turned out we needed a new furnace. Their team took the time to show us the cracks in the unit and clearly explained why it was unsafe, which we really appreciated. They moved quickly to get everything scheduled—especially with the colder temperatures—which made a huge difference for us. After the installation, we did run into a small issue, but they came out right away and resolved it without any hassle. Overall, they were professional, responsive, and honest. We felt taken care of throughout the entire process and would definitely recommend them!

Our furnace went out unexpectedly and could not be quickly and easily fixed. Rock was the only local HVAC company willing to come out same day after a phone call at 2 PM to assess the problem and bring us options. All of the members of the team were excellent, informative, and professional. From our diagnosis team led by Alex, to our consultant Riley, to the fantastic installation team of Ricky, Micky, and Xavier, everyone at Rock was friendly, professional, and efficient. Rock tried to get us up and running overnight to keep our house warm during one of the rare cold weeks this winter for free, but the system couldn't easily be revived. Their pricing was very competitive and fair, and the work professional. Rock uses modern technology and a robust support staff like I have not seen at another HVAC company. They have absolutely won my business as the only HVAC company I will use going forward. Thanks, Rock Team!

Kudos to Rock Heating. We had a new furnace installed today, and the installation crew, Fidel, Nathan, and Micky, did an excellent job. I was advised that they were on the way and shown the operation of the furnace and new thermostat. They were careful to wear shoe coverings and lay protection down where they were walking in the house. After the installation, Rock called and offered to schedule the final inspection with county/city inspectors. I would not hesitate to recommend Rock Heating. I also had them out previously for a plumbing problem, and the same professional conduct applied. Prior to my new furnace install, I had a procrastinated cleaning and inspection performed. Jake came out, and during the inspection, he found multiple cracks in my 32-year-old furnace that were leaking carbon monoxide. Thanks to Jake, we were able to catch it before it affected our health and well-being. Jake showed me all the cracks and shut down the furnace. Again, Rock is the place to go for premium service.

New Year's Eve day, the furnace wouldn't heat to set temp. Called Rock and, surprisingly, Courtney said a tech would come out that afternoon. Unfortunately, it was bad news. Apparently, there was a class action suit against the manufacturer of our furnace a few years earlier (we bought the house in 2021), and the equipment was installed when the house was built in 2006. The equipment had rust throughout, and Donovan the tech explained it was so serious he legally, for our safety (carbon monoxide release), could not allow the unit to run. I was convinced of his honesty as he showed me the damage. So New Year's Eve, freezing outside and no heat. But the guys at Rock came to the rescue by bringing three electric heaters to get us through until they could obtain the new equipment and install it the day after New Year's. Wow! I was impressed how quickly they could make it happen. Four techs arrived on Thursday and installed the new furnace along with a new A/C unit I decided to also replace. All the personnel I dealt with were friendly, respectful, professional and so helpful with a very distressing situation for us. Kudos to these folks, they truly do ROCK. Rock Plumbing, Heating, and Air replaced our 24-year-old furnace recently with a modern furnace that is much better for our home. Erik and the team were very considerate of our space and did a marvelous job of protecting all of the floors and walls. Erik was great at explaining to me the work that was done and how everything should work after they were finished. They finished the job much faster than I thought for a job of this complexity. Haley (the electrician) went through every aspect of her role on the project, and I am very satisfied with her explanation and the appearance of the changes that were made to bring us up to code on the electrical side of the furnace project. I am very impressed with the overall efficiency and professionalism that I observed from the entire Rock Plumbing team for this project in our home. My wife and I could not have found a more competent and friendly team to work with on such an important part of our home.

A big shout out to Rock and all its outstanding employees! After a visit from the fire department for a carbon monoxide alarm going off on one of the coldest days of the year, we needed someone to come look at the furnace ASAP. I looked online and saw your company's reviews and gave a call around 10:30 a.m. Right from the start, the receptionist was so friendly, polite, and helpful. She said a tech could come out that afternoon—a 5-hour window—but would call about 30–45 minutes before they arrived. Austin arrived around 2:15 and examined our very old furnace, explained everything to us, and discussed options, which was fix or replace. Given the age of the furnace, we decided to get a new one, and Micah, the salesman, came out about an hour after Austin left. So by 5 p.m. we had purchased a new furnace 😬. The techs, Shane and Antonio, arrived around 8:30 a.m. the next day and were there till 4:30 removing the old unit and installing the new one along with all the necessary components. And Ashley, the electrician, came and did all wiring installation. So within 30 hours of the first call, we had a new, very energy-efficient furnace completely installed and running. I can't say enough good things about the staff! Everyone was so nice, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Rock Heating and Cooling to anyone!

Rock is amazing! It's always our go-to for anything HVAC or plumbing. We just had our furnace replaced with Rock. Josh gave us honest and in-depth advice regarding our furnace options. Eljay and Dominic did the install, and their work was so solid! They exceeded our already high expectations and the furnace looks fantastic. They cleaned up the surrounding ducts, redid our gas and water pipes, and even cleaned up the old filter slots. They were mindful of our floors and closed doors behind them to keep the cats in, per our request. Haley went above and beyond in getting our electrical up to code. Everyone on the team is super professional and knowledgeable. I always choose Rock since they really do stand behind their work and will come back out quickly if there are any problems. Their response time is seriously impressive. It's nice to have an HVAC company you can always rely on.

Micah was able to come to my home the day I called to assess my broken furnace and give me an estimate for a replacement. He even showed up after business hours! Micah was thorough, made sure I understood my options, and I can’t thank him enough! Installation happened the very next day! Jordan, Dakota, Zach, and Alan were efficient and thorough. They made sure I understood how to use my new thermostat and how to change my new furnace filter. All of this was done right before Christmas weekend and they were amazing. I recommend Rock 110%! April 2024 Update: Of course my heat went out on a cold, rainy spring day. I called Rock at 5 p.m. on a Saturday and Austin showed up within the hour and fixed the problem! Heat was fixed within two hours of my call. Rock is FABULOUS!
