Always good service and advice on future needs. A rock solid company! A few years back they installed a new A/C system. When the city inspector came, he expressed his satisfaction with the work. He said it was perfect and he seldom sees great work like this. Update 4/3/24. Just got our spring A/C checkup. More great service, this time from our tech, Tae. Just got our spring inspection; it went great. Had our unit thoroughly cleaned because of all the "dust" from our remodeling this past winter. Looks great inside! Over the years we have always had great service people.

Our upstairs unit went out after 20 years! We have used Rock Plumbing back in 2022 to replace our main floor unit. Todd came out today to inspect our unit. We knew it was toast, and he confirmed the bad news. Todd got right on the phone and had the correct person come to the house and give me a quote. Within the hour, same day, Micah was at the house. The unit will be installed in 2 days. Both Todd and Micah were respectful, knowledgeable, and honest.

I would highly recommend Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air. I had a new A/C installed and from the beginning, Micah, who came for the bid, was professional, explained everything, didn’t oversell me, had great financing options, and he made me feel comfortable. When the install team came, Erik and his team treated my house like it was their own. They were all so nice, helpful, and even offered to take packages inside for me while we were waiting for the A/C test. The electrician, Alan, was great, and they all completed the job with professionalism that I don’t typically see. The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful! You have great employees and it is obvious there is great leadership at Rock! I will refer all of my family and friends for their HVAC needs. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

Google only allows one review, so adding on some more. __________________________________________ October 2023, Jeremiah A. came by for the biannual maintenance inspection, which would be the first for our new home. We continue to be very pleased with the upfront, clear communication. During this process, a few issues were identified: the water heater was getting on the old side and had no thermal expansion tank. Further, our water pressure was way too high, and probably had been for some time. During this visit, a new water heater with thermal expansion tank was installed, along with a pressure regulation control. We continue to appreciate the consistency and reliability of Rock Plumbing and Heating and its staff. __________________________________________ Summer 2023, we had Jeremiah A. out to install a reverse osmosis water purifier under the kitchen sink (I had already purchased a Home Master unit). The fluoride taste was unavoidable, and other filtration attempts just didn’t cut it. The new house is old, and when some things broke (finger tightening a shutoff), Jeremiah repaired the fitting with no issues. Super happy with Jeremiah’s work. ___________________________________________ Really pleased! Everyone is slammed over the summer, but they came through (2022). They offer a smooth means to apply for a loan with 12 months of no interest. The summer heat wave introduced nineties and hundred F days as a regular. Our 26-year-old unit decided to be done. Getting in contact with an A/C service to speak to a real person AND with availability was challenging. Most places had at least a one week lead time, some two weeks. The Rock Plumbing and Heating was able to get us scheduled two days after the initial call. Tyler, our technician, assessed one day and stayed late the next day to install the new unit. After eighty to ninety F in our living room, we are so happy to have our home back!

Every single person they sent out was awesome. We started with Corey, who was out within the day. Of course, it died last week when it was 97. He spent almost 2 hours going over everything and explaining things to us. He was a super kind, just chill guy. Very upfront and honest. Then Micah came out to explain how much and our different options. They worked with us to make a payment plan that we could afford. (We did try calling other services to see if it could be done cheaper, but no one could even come out for another week to check it out.) We have had a rough year with hospital bills and a new roof already. The reviews for Rock speak for themselves, though. Everyone was very kind and understanding. For installation we had Zach and Phaylan. They were here for the day and just wonderful. They covered everything so nothing got dragged into the house from outside and were super sweet to the dogs. They worked hard. Our old system was just bad, and they came across some bumps with a panel and got the parts and got right back to it. They explained EVERYTHING after. We were not left with any questions on how any of the new system worked. They were also funny and kind, and set reminders on the Ecobee to change filters, etc. Then a 3rd tech came out to double-check everything. Jordan stopped by and made sure all the numbers and everything were as they should be and to absolutely make sure we didn't have any questions. All findings and numbers have been emailed to us to make sure we have it all documented. They also added a year of their subscription, and we have someone coming in the fall and spring to make sure everything is running fine before the next season starts. A new system is expensive and honestly a decent hit with the year we've had, but I do feel like this was worth it. It all is warrantied and I trust they did an amazing job. It's been triple-checked at this point. And I have the confidence to call and someone will be out the same day if anything does happen. Everyone was punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Happy to have air and a great experience getting it back.
