Great service! Rock has installed our water heater previously and did a fabulous job. I enrolled in their "maintenance club" and had both electrical and HVAC inspections done. I was so impressed with the technicians that came out to do the inspections and maintenance. They thoroughly investigated our electrical system and completely inspected and serviced our furnace. Did an outstanding job for us, twice
After performing stellar work in our home, replacing old galvanized water distribution pipe and several faucets and a shower assembly, Cesar returned to address our high household water pressure (>100 PSI) to protect our indoor plumbing. This required clearing our outside shutoff, digging out the meter yoke assembly hole for access, and installing a PRV (pressure-reducing valve) inside by the main indoor shutoff. Cesar's knowledge of both inside and outside (top and bottom) plumbing systems was evident. He was efficient, courteous, cleaned up and restored the area of the digging, and did an outstanding job for us, twice. Highly recommend!
