About a week ago, our furnace stopped working on a chilly morning while we had guests staying with us for the weekend (perfect timing, of course). We called several companies, and Rock was the only one that could get a technician out quickly. Within 3 hours, our technician, Austin, had us up and running with heat again. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and recommended some great options to replace our 26-year-old system.
Fast forward about 10 days, and we now have a brand new furnace, heat pump, water heater, and humidifier—all for a very competitive price! Our installation team (Mickey, Ramin, Xavier, Nick, Cesar, and a few others) were punctual, friendly, and got the entire replacement done in 10 hours. They also cleaned up after themselves and stayed to make sure I knew how to use and maintain all of the equipment. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We called Rock out to quote a heat/cool system. The quote was definitely fair and was shared with us day of. They scheduled the install quickly and with enough time to capitalize on a rebate.
The install crew, led by Erik, was punctual, courteous, and informative. They were able to complete this install within a day! After the installation, Erik took time to explain some things about the furnace as well as walk me through operating the new thermostat.
