The main bathtub and shower faucet would only produce hot water, with no cold water at all. I called Rock Plumbing, and they sent out Justin Slorach the same day. Justin struggled with removing the set screw that holds the handle on. We've been here 17 years and have never touched it. Who knows how long it had been since it was installed. Justin asked if he could cut the handle off, and I had no problem with it at all. From there on, everything went smoothly. At the end, Justin left the area clean, and he wore foot coverings the whole time inside the house. Thank you, Justin, for your hard work and perseverance. And thank you, Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Good people. I'm happy to refer others and use you again.

It is so easy to make appointments. They text appointment confirmations, updates, arrival information along with the technician who is coming so you know who to expect, and then follow up. Devon was AWESOME with repairing a leak we had in our master shower. It was remodeled in 2017, so there's always a concern with finding parts. Devon was very thorough in ensuring the part was the exact fit while also making sure there were no other issues. He provided OUTSTANDING customer service! Impressive Knowledge, Skill, and Care
Had to have a shower drain issue fixed under orders of a high-rise condo HOA. It required access and work in the condo below, by way of cutting an access hole in that unit's bathroom ceiling. Devon Harris, the plumber, showed up right on time, and he cooperated with my request for "demo" of the leaking issue, then proceeded with impressive knowledge, skill, and care.
